In 1902 St. Micheal’s Academy was created. It was named after their town founder, having nothing to do with the Catholic St. Micheal. St. Micheal’s started out as a boarding school for girls. In 1977, their doors opened as a private boarding school for boys and girls. They did away with the classes on mannerisms, made dancing an optional after class event and established a more open scholarship program. Since then, they allow roughly 100-200 scholarship students with the help of various donors.
But just because everyone lives together doesn’t mean all is well. Every high school ahs their normal cliques. Only, living together for such a span has emphasized them. The popular kids rule the school, mainly the rich kids of the school. The occasional partial scholarship student graces the popular crowd, but usually there is a hidden agenda. Anyone outside of the jocks and preps aren’t safe from their clutches though. You knew know when they may “need help on homework” or if you need to watch your back in the halls or the dorm bathrooms.
And now, in 2010, there is a whispered secret amongst the schools… In 1803, Alexander Micheal’s great-grandson and his family moved away. Though they still own many of the stores and the local bank in town, the only time anyone has any contact from them is through a representative lawyer. But now, in 2010, there is a whispered rumor that Alexander’s descendant, his very wealthy great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandchild. No one knows if they are a boy or a girl. No one knows who they are…because there is no one registered under the name Micheal at the school. And the popular crowd has eyes and ears everywhere…
Who are they? How long have they been back? More importantly, what clique are they hiding in?
